Our orders are shipped out within one-business day of receipt of order. We typically ship via UPS Ground and you can expect your package to arrive in about 7-10 days. You may also request expedited shipping which will get your package to you in 3-4 days. If you need it sooner, give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out for you! See our rates below.

So if you find the same product with the same warranty and shipping costs from another dealer, at a lower price, upon verification Deep Blue we will beat the price. Easy Returns
At Deep Blue, your satisfaction with our products is number one. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy and make sure you are happy with your purchase. In case you are not, please feel free to return your merchandise for a full refund within 30 days.

Whether you purchased your item by mail, by phone, on www.deepbluestore.com or at one of our stores, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges at any Deep Blue Retail Store. Just stop on by.

Deep Blue Quick Exchanges
For the fastest service, call Toll-Free 866-470-3483 during regular business hours to request a Deep Blue Quick Exchange. The process is simple, we’ll simply charge you for the new item, but we’ll ship it the next day – and for US exchanges we’ll waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item. Exchanges will be permitted for products of equal or greater value, within 30 days of receipt, without a restocking fee. Close-out items and used equipment items excluded. Product must be in the original condition, have been properly stored and unused. Used product is considered the property of the owner and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Regular Exchanges

Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on close-out items and used equipment, or items no longer stocked. Special orders are non-cancelable and may not be returned for any reason, other than defect. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Inspection
Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Please contact Deep Blue within 5 business days from time of receipt. Do not or attempt to fix any defective product, use constitutes acceptance.
